How do I book a hotel room?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in between 3 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., check out by 11:00 a.m.
At what times is the reception open?
Reception is open from 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Can I check in and out digitally, and how does this work?
At Hotel Lützow in Berlin-Tiergarten, you can check in easily at any time: Check your emails for your hotel access code, which allows you to check in around the clock. Enter your reservation number at the machine on site, fill in the registration form and then receive the coded key card for your room directly. If you wish, you can of course also check in at Reception during our opening hours.
At what times is breakfast served, and do I have to book this in advance?
You do not have to book breakfast in advance, except for groups of 10 or more. On weekdays, our breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. On weekends and public holidays, the breakfast times are 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Up to what age can children stay in their parents' room for free?
Children up to the age of 8 can stay in their parents’ room free of charge. We can provide a baby cot free of charge on request.

There is a public car park with hotel access right next door.

We have wheelchair accessible rooms. The hotel and breakfast room are also wheelchair accessible.
