Adapter

If you should ever forget the adapter for your cell phone, you can get one at the reception. It is issued with a deposit of 10.00 €.

 

Airport

Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER can be reached by car / taxi within 30 minutes or by public transport within 60 to 90 minutes.

 

Allergy Sufferers

The bed linen in our house are made of synthetic material and are therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.

 

Baby Bed

If you are traveling with a baby or toddler up to 2 years of age, we will be happy to provide you with a cot. Just let our reception staff know.

Barrier-free Rooms

Our hotel has 3 barrier-free rooms. These are located on the ground floor of our house.

 

Bicycle

In our house a bicycle rental is offered. You can rent a bike for 12.00 € per day (subject to availability). Simply ask the reception staff about it.

 

Blankets & Pillows

If one pillow is not enough for you, please contact the reception. The staff will bring you another pillow or blanket to your room.

 

Breakfast

Our breakfast takes place in the form of a buffet and the breakfast times are as follows: – Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

 

Card Payments

Our house accepts various credit card companies: VISA, MasterCard and American Express, but also China Union Pay. You can also pay with an EC card.

 

Cleaning Service

Would you like to have your laundry cleaned and ironed? You’re welcome, please contact our hotel reception in confidence.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m.

 

Check-Out

Departure must be before 11.00 a.m.

Various flyers and brochures about the city of Berlin can be found at the reception or in our holder in the foyer.

You can find city maps at the reception and you are welcome to take them with you at any time.

 

Coffee & hot drinks

Coffee and tea are available during breakfast time for free of charge. Other hot drinks such as cappuccino, latte macchiato, and much more can be obtained from our service staff. These cost extra and can be booked to your room.

 

Conferences

Our conference Room “Lützow Lounge” has 76 square meters for 10-40 people.

 

Copies

If you are in the hotel and would like something printed out or copied, just send it to us by e-mail or come to the reception. We would be glad to print out your documents.

You can call the European emergency number 112 free of charge from any landline or mobile phone anywhere in the EU. You get directly to the emergency services, ambulance and fire department. You can call the police emergency number under 110.

 

Extra Bed

The extra bed can be placed in our “Comfort” category and can either be used by a child or a third person. The extra bed is an additional service and costs 21.00 € per night.

 

Fire

If the fire alarm should ring, we beg you to leave the hotel immediately. The escape routes, fire stairs and fire extinguishers , as well as the assembly point of the hotel can be found on the emergency plan on the inside of your room door.

If you need small items from the grocery store, there are two markets nearby:

Hotplates

The worktops in the rooms on the 7th floor have been modernized for you and no longer have a hotplate in the kitchen. If you need one, you can get one at the reception for a deposit fee of 35.00 €.

Our reception staff will be glad to help you with any questions you may have.

 

Iron

We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board. Let our reception staff know and we bring it to your room.

 

Key cards

In our hotel, the doors can only be opened with electronic key cards. The key card opens also the front door of our hotel, if it is closed.

 

Kitchenette

All rooms of the categories Basic, Classic and Comfort are equipped with a small kitchen. To be able to cook in your room, simply ask at reception for one of our kitchen packages. We only charge a final cleaning fee for the kitchen of 15.00 €.

 

Linen change

The bed linen and towels are changed every third day. If you want a daily change, please let us know on arrival.

 

Luggage

If you need assistance with your luggage, please contact the hotel reception.

 

Mineral water

On your arrival day, there is a free bottle of mineral water in your room.

 

Minibar

At the reception you can get a small selection of alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks, as well as small snacks.

 

Night Entrance

If our entrance door is closed at night, you can simply hold your key card for the room in front of the sensor outside and open the door.

 

Nightly quiet period

In our house, there is a statutory nightly quiet period from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

 

Non-smoking Rooms

Our hotel only has non-smoking rooms. If you still want to smoke, we kindly ask you to go outside. Smoking in our hotel results in a fine of 100.00 €.

 

Parking

If you arrive by car, you have 2 different possibilities to park with us. The street at the hotel is to be calculated with parking space management. You can also park in the parking garage of the “Lützow Center”, which is located directly on the left side of our hotel. You can pay the fee of 19.00 € per day directly at the parking machine.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Railway Station

The next major train station is “Zoologischer Garten”. From there, you can comfortably travel by bus, metro or train, but also further distances with the regional trains and ICEs.

Our reception is open from 6.30-22.30. If you have any questions or requests, you can always come to us.

 

Room service

Your room will be cleaned daily between 09.00 a.m. and 03.00 p.m.. If you don’t need cleaning, hang the red card that you can find in your room on the outside of your door.

 

Safe

Each of our rooms has a safe which is situated in the closet in your room. If you have something of value with you, you can also have it locked in our hotel safe at the reception.

 

Sewing kit

If you have to sew something, you can get a sewing kit for free at the reception.
